1. No matter how old you are, if someone waves and says hello to you, don’t stare at them blankly like they are a non entity. Say hello and smile back.
2. Thank someone for their efforts in making your world a better place.
3. Breathe deep, look around, and say yes to someone offering to help you.
4. What are the standards by which you are measuring your quality of life? Tangible or intangible?
5. Are you creating space in your life for stress to flourish?  How can you diminish that space, remove the oxygen that stress needs in which to thrive?
